Amenities
Assessments must be current to use the amenities.
Pool, billiards room, gym, and salons are only accessible by fob. Do not force the door open.
Each unit is assigned 2 fobs which are specific to residents of that unit.
The pool area is surveilled 24 hours.
Violations of rules will be recorded, documented and fines may be imposed.
Salons
- Salon Hours: 8:00 am. To 10:00 p.m.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times.
- The Small Salon/Kitchen and Grand Salon are available for private use by reserving through the office.
- You can request to reserve a room by clicking here on the "CONTACT US " and selecting "Community Room Reservation Request"
- There is a $100 refundable. Deposit required. Premises must be left in pristine condition or the deposit is forfeited.
- Nonsecure Wifi is available in both Salons and Pool Upper Deck. Access point is HotwireByFusion Password: schoonerwifi
Billiards Room

Billiards Room Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Gym
- Gym Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Pool
- Pool Hours: Pool opens at dawn. Pool closes at dusk. (mandated by Florida Health Dept.).
- Read and abide by posted pool rules.
- Service animals/emotional support animals must be on a leash at all times.
- Service and Emotional Support animals accompanied by their handicapped owners are permitted on the wet deck.
- No food or drinks are permitted on the wet deck (mandated by Florida Health Dept.).
- No Smoking On Wet Deck.
- Private Pool Parties are NOT permitted.
- Pier (Currently Closed Due to Damages)
- Fishing is permitted on the pier. For license requirements, check the Florida Fish and Wildlife website.
- Fish cleaning station should be left in the condition it was found.
- Boat mooring is not permitted.
Board Toss Courts
- Board Toss & Bags are stored in the pump house room next to courts.
- Available on first come basis.
- Courts should be left in condition they were found.
